Does a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich go bad?

I made myself a PB & J sandwich yesterday, but never ate it. It's still sitting in its little Glad sandwich bag here on my desk. So my question: is it safe? Does PB & J go bad?

PB&J would go bad....after a FEW days I would assume. Was it ever in the fridge at all?

In a week or two, maybe, not a day. It's not tuna salad, for cripe's sake.

It's undoubtedly still good which makes it... peanut butter jelly time.

Dude, when I was your age, a PBJ could be sitting for a month and I'd still chow down on it.........kids!:D

Well, I store my bread without refridgeration, and I store my PB w/o refridgeration, so the only question would be the jelly.

Eat it, and start driving to the ER about 10 minutes later. You'll probably have to wait in the ER triage room for about 3 hours. If you feel ok 2 hours into it, go back home. If you've poisoned yourself, you're in the right place for treatment.;)

hey, if there is mold on the bread it probably fights off some sort of infection right?

The only thing you'd have to worry about is the bread....the other stuff is so hopped up on preservatives I'd think you'd be safe.
    I don't know about all y'all....

You'd better boil it for 5 minutes first just to be on the safe side.
