Vikings coach Mike Tice said Monday he was really bothered by the number of Steelers fans that procured tickets and attended the game. He also suggested the Metrodome's JumboTron operators could do a better job favoring the home team. Tice was disappointed that Pittsburgh coach Bill Cowher was able to watch a replay of a third-quarter catch by receiver Cedrick Wilson before deciding whether to challenge the spot.

I'm sure this was just a portion of the interview but it seems pretty pathetic to me. Yeah Mikey - I'm sure 10,000 fans and one first down cost the Vikes the game. Get real! You played a good team and your team made some major mistakes at crucial times during the game.

You hit the nail on the head with "extremely cheap". Kind've the reason Lloyd McClendon was kept around as long as he was.
