I have been going back and forth all week as who i should start at running back. I am starting Frank Gore. I am deciding bettween ;
J. Addai vs HOU
or
S. Slaton vs IND
I feel like Addai is the safer bet, however HOU run D has been killer. Slaton altho they are going with the RBBC will need to prove himself so if HOU rides the hot hand and Slaton starts putting up numbers, I feel may lead to a big day.
Ive gone back and fourth in my mind 30 times this week. PLEASE HELP!

See my above advice on Slaton.

Donovan McNabb vs DAL or Carson Palmer vs. BAL
and
Knowshon Moreno vs PIT or Ahmad Bradshaw vs SD
I am leaning towards McNabb and Bradshaw. Standard scoring, no PPR.

I like McNabb and Moreno. I think Moreno will get more touches than Bradshaw.

I go Bradshaw in no PPR leagues. Moreno hasn't done dick this year, and against that defense I like his chances of getting, say, 100 yards with 20 carries less than I like Bradshaw's chances of getting the same yardage with half as many carries against Diego.

Usually don't ask but need help. Standard scoring systems. I start 2 RB, 2 WR and a flex
Start 2
P.Thomas vs Carolina- No Brainer
J.Charles vs Jac (great match up- should be getting alot of touches, but do I trust a Chief player??)
Slaton vs Indy (fumble city, and who will get the touches plus Indy rough on RB at home-but could be involved in passing game)
K.Smith vs Seattle (Seattle only allows 65 yards per game at home-and hurt)
Start 2
Calvin vs Seattle (good match up, but what about his injury? and Seattle tougher at home)
TJ vs Det (great match up, but what about Burelson?)
Sims-Walker vs KC (outstanding match up, but will they HAVE to throw the ball with MJD and do I trust Garrard)
Ocho vs Balt (He is so hot, can I really bench him??)
Plus I start 1 flex from my RB's and WR's. Thank you for the help

Looks like you need to trade a WR for an upgrade at RB.
I'd go with Charles and Slaton at RB. Smith is banged up, and Ive been hearing that Maurice Morris will get more carries this week.
At WR, I think Ocho is a gimmie. I'd tenatively put Megatron in your other slot for now, but be prepared to sub-in Sims-Walker if there's bad news on Megatron tomorrow morning.

Sorry forgot to add that my other RB that I'm starting is P.Thomas vs Carolina. And I have AP (but he is on a bye this week)
So right now I have P.Thomas and Charles as my RB combo.
Any suggestions on my flex?
Any other thoughts from my KFFL family....

Oops, didn't see the flex thing.
I agree with Thomas and Charles as your RBs. I'd go with Ocho, Calvin, and Sims-Walker as your other three, although I could see the argument for starting Housh over MSW.

Scoring : 6pts per Rec/Rush/Pass TD, 1pt per 20yds passing, 1pt per 10yds rec/rushing
QB
Joe Flacco Bal vs Cin
Matt Ryan Atl vs Was
RB
Chris Johnson Ten vs SF
Ray Rice Bal vs Cin
Ryan Grant GB vs TB
Mike Bell NO vs Car
Willis Mcgahee Bal vs Cin
WR
Randy Moss NE vs Miami
Steve Smith NYG vs SD
Devery Henderson NO vs Car
Derick Mason Bal vs TB
Mike Wallace Pit vs Den
TE
Dallas Clark Ind vs Hou
Brent Celek Phi vs Dal
I am pretty certain on starting my qb,wr and TE's without a question but RB Chris Johnson and Ray Rice in my opinion Every week starters but the matchup Ryan Grant has has me questioning starting him over Ray Rice.
My picks for starters in bold

Never sit your studs. Ever. Did you sit Rice vs. Minnesota because he had a bad matchup?

WDIS...need 1wr and 1qb...PPR league, Smith(NYG) or Burleson. Schaub or Rodgers
QB: 1pt/20yds passing, 1pt/10yds rushing, 6pts td's
Schaub or Rodgers? Leaning towards Rodgers, but i'm worried his foot injuries could have him sitting early.
Schaub faces a Colts secondary that is supposedly banged up.
WR: 1pt/10yds rush/rec, 6pts td's, 1 PPR
Burleson or Steve Smith(NYG)? Leaning towards Smith, but it's hard to sit Burleson with his matchup with Detroit.
Smith was a beast earlier in the year, but has cooled down. Will he bust out this week against San Diego?
Burleson could be all or nothing.
Thanks for the help.
