It'll be interesting to see where everyone fits in position wise.
If they get Lester and Maddon can fix Edwin Jackson, they'll be tough.
so can we talk about how every SP without a chick's first name sucked in this series and how bizarre that is?
I continue to hope teams are getting smarter...
Panda is still young. he's 28. He should be going for at least a 5 year deal.
The fact that it wasn't even close makes me think he didn't go hard out of the box. I mean, it rolled all he way to the wall and was booted again.
Perez was hopeless last night. His mind was on...
Look at the quality of ABs they had. They got away from everything they did to get there and started swinging wildly at bad pitches trying to jack HRs, when none of them, even Gordon should be doing...
This was my thoughts on the play as well.
But I thought Gordon was a high character guy so I dismissed it. Clearly i was mistaken. And if he is that slow, he should be Butler's replacement.
Watching those young royals hitters completely wilt under the pressure makes me happy we have Bogey.
Homey's got ice water in those veins.
That just means they need to move Rondo and Green faster.
It's too bad Indy has absolutely nothing, they could use Green and Rondo right now.
So they were saying on Mike and Mike this morning that Gordon didn't go hard, 100% the whole play right out of the box.
Are you kidding me?
It's playing like that, and Hosmer not going hard...
Those guys I mentioned were changing their approach and/or chasing really bad pitches. The moment got to them. Gotta give some props to moose for trying to go the other way and not swinging out of...
Just based off my own personal experience if I choked as bad as hosmer, Cain or Perez I probably wouldn't be able to sleep for a week.
In college we lost a conference championship game (a win...
The royals had some just horribly bad at bats all night.
Hosmer swung out of his ass all night looking to go downtown.
Bottom line, they're young kids, they came undone once they got down and...
A) it was a joke.
B) the royals hitters did 100% wilt under the pressure. You can guys swinging at pitches over their shoulders, slap hitters swinging for the fences. That happened.
Even if Bumgarner blows out his arm next year, I'm sure they'll consider it worth it.
We didn't need it.
The KC hitters wilted under the pressure. You knew it was coming. They did it when they fell behind in SF as well.
That was a really fun game.
But I was right, no reason to send that back to KC. ;)
Yeah the White Sox pitches basically fell apart after that.
Bottom line, the royals hitters wilted under the pressure of game 7
One of the worst at bats of the post season
Even worse. These arent even close
Gordon just missed a **** shot
