Perryman measuring in at the Sr Bowl at 5'10 1/2" doesn't help him.
Pretty early - but he's been a late first early second. For a couple reasons, including his height, I see him dropping a full round and being a late second, even early third.
A rundown on one person's take on winners/losers at Senior Bowl practices this week.
I like baklava.
And fired McDaniels the next week. And sent him on a circuitous path (stop in StL) back to the Pats.
Likely just some junk autograph. Probably on a picture with #29.
Nothing to be jealous about.
Hope you are right about that. A certain third round draft pick last year from Michigan fits your description. Hope he can contribute this next year - it was discouraging to see on a RT needy team...
Any interest in taking a look see at Terrance Cody? Although he was OC in Baltimore, at least Kubiak should have inside information on whether he is worth the risk. Especially if we move to a 3-4.
Appears we have hired Bill Kollar as DL coach from Texans.
Paris? Rio? Venice? Tahiti?
Ha - just about 100% of mine are through DC!
What happened to Mingo? Did he abandon us?
I'd be happy with either Wade or Joseph. Joseph is the young buck that players would be excited about playing for. Phillips would bring the 3-4 and he has had great success as a DC. Plus there is...
Legwold saying we are talking to Wade now. I don't think JE had given up on negotiating something w Bengals to get Joseph.
If you want to check out Draft Crazy's work - here is an excellent interview:
DC, how do you compare Cameron Erving with Garcia? I'm seeing Erving mocked to us quite a bit at 28. Is Erving going to be a C? OT? OG?
I agree, Chris.
Crowder is Jamison Crowder, WR, Duke. Little guy but dynamic. Gotta wonder what the connections are with PM going back there each spring to work out with our WRs. But it's not like...
Two things of interest as I look at that list:
I think we should keep our eye on the two Miami players. Perryman could be a good fit for our ongoing need at MLB.
Second was the number of DE/OLB...
Players Broncos have visited with at Senior Bowl:
Detrick Bonner, FS, Virginia Tech
Jamon Brown, OT, Louisville
Sam Carter, S, TCU
James Castleman, DT, Oklahoma State
David Cobb, RB,...
It seems to me that McD and Gase have just about the opposite personalities. But since I don't know either one...
Gase gets the tenuous job of being the OC for Cutler - unless the Bears trade him of course. For his sake, I hope they do trade Jay.
The Colts and Packers did the same to the Rams yesterday as StL continues to look for an OC.
I'm already not excited about Clancy Barone being the OL coach - I wasn't all that impressed when he last had that job.
Smith would be a HUGE disappointment as DC. I really like the work he has done with our LBs, but why would Kubiak hire a guy he fired from being his DC back in the same job.
